We were married in Arizona (both US citizens), are currently residents of Florida for tax purposes, but we have never actually lived in Florida (though we do have a Florida address through a mailing service). Either they are residents of the UK and choose to marry in a ceremony abroad or they were residents of another country at the time of marriage but now live in the UK.
