The incidence of PSA after diagnostic catheterization ranges from 0.05% to 2% and increases up to 2% to 6% in interventional procedures. 1, 2 Traditionally, surgical repair was the only treatment option for PSA. WebFollow up at 24-48 hours showed complete thrombosis and regression of pseudoaneurysm in all the patients except one in whom a small residual sac was seen which thrombosed completely on second thrombin injection. Further follow up at one month showed regression of aneurysms in all the cases.
