Clean the cables and battery posts with baking soda and water mixture. About 1/4 cup to a pint. If it still does not turn with a fully chared battery, it is probably the starter that is bad.

The best thing to do is to remove the fuse to the fuel pump. It will be listed under the fuse cover under the hood. Mine was a 20 amp but check to be sure.
